It's Monday morning, which means if you're anything like me, you spent last night telling yourself you were going to get up early and go to the gym. Of course it also means you spent this morning hitting the snooze button until it was too late to do any exercise except run to your car to make sure you made it to work on time. Well, maybe this will help you. This past weekend was the annual CrossFit Games held in Carson, California. The Games were founded in 2007 and have grown massively as more and more annoying people have embraced the cult-like workout. Yes, I think it's fair to say that I find many CrossFit die-hards more than a little obnoxious. So imagine my shock when I discovered there's one class of competitors that I not only actually like, but even more shockingly that I love and even find inspirational: the oldies.
