This a big cycle taking us till end of Jan 2017. What can you expect?
It is going to be challenging .....but effective. There will be several multi compound workouts causing your body to adapt. We want to be effective in losing body fat and building those lean muscles.
For the first 8 weeks there are two goals:
1) increasing your aerobic base
Why? A bigger aerobic base makes your body more efficient in delivering the oxygen to your muscles which will get used to produce energy. The more efficient your body is, the better your fitness. And.....any improvement is relatively easy to measure.
2) getting stronger
Why? Because that's how we can measure success of our training program and will be getting a good (not only!!!) indication of your fitness. Your body adapts to training and gets stronger/faster/smaller because of the neural, muscular, hormonal, and skeletal changes that are the result of chosen training stimulus
After these 8 weeks you will do a mini Check In.

Monday: Strength Lower body
Tuesday: Aerobic Base
Wednesday: Strength Upper Body
Thursday: Aerobic Base
Friday: Dynamic work
Saturday: Strength Lower/Upper Body
After the success of the previous two Change Challenges we are going to organize this again! We are changing the format a bit, kept all of the great principles going and added a few new bits and pieces. Keep an eye out for any update, you want to take part in this one!
