ROWING 1-0-1:

You can find the workouts in SugarWOD track 2kRow 1-0-1. This is a private track and to be able to see it you need to be added, this track is only accessible till end of Nov. You still can be added click here

SugarWOD:

The first workout will be posted on 28th of Aug and all subsequent workouts will be posted on the following days (29th,30th etc.) You should can do 1 or 2 workouts a week following the order starting Aug 28th ie if you start with the program in September you need to go back to Aug 28th. There are in total 12 WODs. Log all your scores.
