FUELLED - Six Week Challenge!!
Want to use nutrition to support your sports performance and / or body composition goals? Want the support of a coach and a peer group to do so? Enjoy a bit of friendly competition? FUELLED could be for you!!
You will receive a personalised nutrition recommendation, nutrition handbook, access to the FUELLED Facebook group, and your nutrition coach (Dr. Sinead Roberts).
Points will be received for keeping a food diary, implementing the weekly feedback and food focus, and reflecting on the challenges and successes of each week. The winner receives a bag of goodies and a month of 1:1 coaching with Sinead.
Starting Monday 4th November and lasting 6 weeks, you will receive:
A personalised macronutrient recommendation
A Nutrition Handbook as a reference guide
Weekly feedback on your food diary (logged in MyFitnessPal), and food focus for the week ahead
Access to the FUELLED Facebook members group and your nutrition coach, for ongoing support
Each week you will receive points for:
Logging your food intake in MyFitnessPal daily
Implementing the weekly food focus
Responding to my weekly email with your reflections on the past week
