Spring is on its way so time to enjoy our outside gym space again!
First things first. We love fitness so let’s do a WOD (workout) together. As we know you like fitness too we thought you might want to share this crazy love for fitness with family and friends.
We will be organising Family & Friends WODs every 3rd Sunday from May till September at 9am
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You just have to sign up for the WOD via team up and drop us a message if you bring someone. We will add an additional booking. That’s it.
Spaces are limited to 25 per session so be quick. Obviously you can just bring yourself as well, you don’t need to bring someone as there will be tons of opportunities to meet new friends after your workout.
WILL THE WORKOUT NOT BE TOO THOUGH FOR MY FAMILY & FRIENDS?
Don’t worry it will be a partners workout so you can buddy up with your guest. The movements will be low skilled and not loaded. If your guest has got a niggle just let one of the coaches know. We got your back!
FAMILY, FRIENDS AND DOGS ARE WELCOME!
Children from 7 years can join in with a parent present who can guide them through the workout. Younger children are welcome to look from the side or play outside on the field.
We will finish the WOD with some snacks, coffee & tea.
