Holiday is over, time to work on your belly and eating habits

Our Change Challenge will start on 2nd of October. The Change Challenge is all about creating good habits that fit YOUR life style.

 

We are excited to announce that during the 8 weeks you will be coached by Jonny Landels from Next Step Nutrition following a personalised diet plan. Jonny will be sharing his ups & downs on the road to getting healthier and fitter. He understands the hard work you put in a workout and the challenges you face in creating good habits.

We have asked Claire Thomas (also a nutritionist) to inspire you with meal ideas and how you can affect life style changes. And as we all know you like to socialize there will be a Get Together to discuss your progress, challenges and give you boost to stay on track!

The goal of this challenge is to help you lose body fat, teach you how to eat, live healthy and maintain this for the rest of your life

There are a few simple rules to get you there:

  • you will follow your diet plan
  • minimum of 3 days a week of exercise
  • 5 minutes of mobility a day
  • keep score every day


The winner of this challenge will get a FREE sports massage at DVSM Sports therapist.


 

WHAT NEXT?

We will start the Challenge on 2nd of October for 8 weeks and you need to sign up BEFORE September 28th. The winner of this challenge will get a FREE sports massage sponsored by DVSM.
