The ChalkBox Change Challenge is for you!
Starting September 9th and lasting 6 weeks, you will receive:
• A personalised macronutrient recommendation
• Nutrition Handbook as a go to reference guide
• Weekly top tips email, feedback on your week of food (to be logged in MyFitnessPal), and recommendations to implement for the week ahead by Sinead
Through the CHALKBOX Change Challenge Facebook group you will have access to in week nutrition support, plus a forum to share ideas, challenges and succeed with your peers on the challenge.
Each week you will receive points for:
• Logging your food intake in MyFitnessPal
• Implementing the diet feedback given in the previous week
• Logging your progress against your goal each week
The winner receives:
