To support you in your journey in getting fitter, stronger and healthier we are offering you the following:

Thursday 2nd of Feb will be dedicated to Goals setting and Skills Day

What is it?  all sessions will be available as per usual however instead of a WOD you can do your own thing. So yes it is like an Open Gym session however your coaches are available to discuss your goals, answers any questions with regards to technique, programming, nutrition, mobility etc etc

Will I still be able to get a good workout? Yes come in and ask the Coach for an idea and get going. The difference is that although the Coaches are around, it is not a coached session.

The plan is to have once a month a Skill Day and if your feed back is good will make this a fixed feature in our programming.

We take your fitness goals VERY seriously. If you feel the same please click on the button below, complete the form and submit it to us so that we can track your goals. If you need further assistance you can join the Goal Setting session but you have to book in via GO TEAM UP and bring a copy of your Goals Worksheet with you!

Write them in the positive not the negative
Write it down in as much detail as possible
Put it up somewhere you can see it daily
