One of your most favourite benchmark DT. This WOD will test your max strength, conditioning, and ability to be efficient with a barbell in your hand.

Unlike hero workouts such as Murph or Holleyman, DT is completed relatively quickly and only requires one piece of equipment- a single loaded barbell.

Five rounds of:

•155/105 pound Deadlift, 12 reps

•155/105 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps

•155/105 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

In honor of US Air Force SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. 

Timothy was survived by his wife Megan and his son, T.J., who was one year old when he passed.
