Notes Schedule:

1. During all evening sessions we have open gym outside RIG area

2. ChalkFlex & Comp classes are on trial and eventually demand driven

3. The schedule is subject to change

Monday:

CrossFit sessions: 8:30 - 9:30 - 18:00 - 19:00 - 20:00

ChalkFit sessions: 10:30 (new addition)

Open Gym: 7:00 till 12pm & 19:30 till 21:00

Open Gym outside Rig: 18:00 till 21:00

Tuesday:

CrossFit sessions: 9:30 - 10:30 - 18:00 - 18:30 (new addition) - 19:00 - 20:00

ChalkFit sessions: 8:30 (new addition)

ChalkLift sessions: 10:30

Teens sessions: 17:30

New2XFit sessions: 19:30

Open Gym: 7:00 till 12pm

Open Gym outside Rig: 18:00 till 21:00

Wednesday:

CrossFit sessions: 8:30 - 9:30 - 18:00 -  19:00

ChalkFit sessions: 20:00

ChalkFlex sessions : 10:30am - 18:30 (30min sessions on trial) (new addition)

Barbell club: 19:00 (moved from 20:00!!)

Open Gym: 8:30 till 11:00 and 20:00 till 21:00

Open Gym outside Rig: 18:00 till 21:00

Thursday:

CrossFit sessions: 9:30 - 10:30 - 18:00  - 19:00 - 20:00

ChalkLift sessions: 8:30  (new addition) - 18:30 

Teens sessions: 17:30
