What a week we have had: our first very successful Teens Throw Down followed by a celebration of our 5th birthday. We like to use this opportunity to thank all the members who have been helping out in our teens competition. It’s amazing how much support you guys have offered to make this a day to remember for all teens who took part and for CHALKBOX. THANKS guys!

CrossFit Training Focus
What to expect this week?
We will continue with the twice a week squats & shoulder work on the schedule on alternating days. We are following a progressive overload methodology as we are slowing things a little bit down…just a little bit.
We continue with the squats & some upper body work. You guys are getting stronger!
