What to expect this week?
A bit of a practise week with some fun team workouts dotted across the week.
C&J practise! This is a repeat WOD thus if your form looks good add some load. Today will have a spicy finisher!
Running or Rowing conditioning - take your pick!
Back Squats and a team workout.
This a long one. Bring your skipping rope if you got one!
Threshold………amrap on amrap :-)
3 movements alternating in a 20minute EMOM
Rope Climbs & Pull Ups practise. Then we are going to test you with heavy thrusters.
Followed by a workout where you will be up-side-down again
More back squats, bench presses and calories on the bike.
Endurance day. Chip away at every movement.
