New On The Chalkboard

First of all we are on the third instalment of Building Fitter Bodies 2019. For those new to CHALKBOX below a quick recap of what you can expect. Coach Alan explaining the general outline and Coach Isk updates on what’s coming next.

Couple of quick updates:

  • Thursday 8PM is Open Gym due to Coaches development meeting. Book in as per usual and there’s a workout on the board.

  • Our next Friends & Family WOD is on the schedule for June 16th! Activate your friends and family again and bring them along!
