CrossFit Training Focus
What to expect this week?
Week 2 - take your time to work on form and skill before you load. There will be plenty of opportunity to add load later in the cycle. Working on strengthening our building blocks. There will be twice a week squats & shoulder work on the schedule on alternating days. We are following a progressive overload methodology s we are slowing things a little bit down…just a little bit.
Clean & Jerk Practise followed by couplet of Power Cleans and core work.
