What a great feed back we got on last week’s SWEAT TOGETHER! Yes we are going to repeat and also sprinkle more of those team workouts. As the weather is now really great for working outside we will continue to mix things up.

What to expect this week?
Sweaty team work outs :-) in CrossFit. ChalkFit continues to focus on power intervals and endurance.
Day 1 of Sweat Together: Gymnastics, dumbbells and wooden box.
Assault bike intervals - this time pyramid method
Day 2 of Sweat Together: It is often the simple movements that hurt the most….a rower, a bike and a ball.
Fratlek running. You want to get better at it? Go after it!
Day 3 of Sweat Together: what happens when you mix gymnastics, skipping rope and a barbell?
4 sets of 4 minute AMRAPS squats, swings and run.
Day 4 of Sweat Together: we need some good weather a rope, a sled, some plates and a barbell.
Day 5 of Sweat Together: 1 wall ball, 1 rower and strategy. That’s all you need.

Last day of Sweat Together: the grand finale….it will be a surprise
