We have loaded in SugarWOD workouts you can do while travelling, when you can’t make it to the box, or when you just want to stay home (remember, there are NO EXCUSES!)
Being away from the box and still doing some workouts is a great opportunity to work on some weaknesses and same time enjoy being in a different scenery. Go for a run along the beach, add some air squats or burpees and voila! Or do 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 sit ups 5 rounds in the garden.
Don’t let a little travel stop you from a good workout. In SugarWOD are some of our favorite travel WODs that require little to no equipment.
You can find the workouts under TravelWODs in SugarWOD. This is how you find it:
1. To add a workout track to your Whiteboard go to your Settings.
2. Select Workout Tracks
3. Select the workout track you are wanting to view on your Whiteboard. Once selected a small blue check mark will appear.
4. Go back to your Whiteboard. If there are workouts programmed for that track, they should now appear on your Whiteboard.
