Minute 1 - wall squats 4 secs down and up
Minute 2 - max rep hollow rocks
Minute 3 - goblet squats 3 down 3 second pause at bottom 3 up
Minute 4 - max hold L-Sit

B) Box Squats

1 set of 5 reps @ 65% of your 1 RM

1 set of 5 reps @ 75% of your 1 RM

1 set of 5 reps @ 85% of your 1 RM

5 sets of 10 reps @ 50% of your 1 RM
