This week leading up to Christmas will be the week of the Big Lifts. Use your time to get zoom into the movements and build load during the session. There’s also plenty of time for mobility.
Work up to a heavy 3-rep Push Press
Work up to a heavy 2-rep Push Jerk
Work up to a heavy 1-rep Split Jerk
100 Band Pull Downs
- you got 20-25minutes to work through the presses. Rest 2-3minutes in between sets. Hit some mobility drills.
