 A) Practise the Clean

You got 15min to work towards a moderate heavy 3 rep in the Clean. This need to be done with good form

B) Conditioning

Every 2min for 10 rounds:

3 Cleans @ weight established above

straight into 5-10 reps of:

Push Ups/Defict Push Ups/Ring Push ups
