This week leading up to Christmas will be the week of the Big Lifts. Use your time to get zoom into the movements and build load during the session. There’s also plenty of time for mobility.
1min 5 x Bench Press
2min rest ( use this time to spot)
3min max rep Strict Chin Ups
4min 30-40 sec Hollow Hold
5min rest ( use this time to spot)
- 5 rep in bench press as heavy as possible. Spot each other!
