The Big Lifts
This week leading up to Christmas will be the week of the Big Lifts. Use your time to get zoom into the movements and build load during the session. There’s also plenty of time for mobility.
6 sets (alternating between A + B)
A) 5 Deadlifts
* starting at 60% and climbing up until 80% * not a 5 rm. *touch and go
B) Hanging L-sit hold 30 seconds
- The hinge is a movement most of us struggle with. Work consistently on your hip and hamstring mobility.
