Team of 2: 
10 rounds in total, 5 each

9 Deadlifts 70/50kg
7 Hang Power Cleans 70/50kg
5 Push Jerks 70/50kg

Notes from your coaches:
Rest while your partner does the next round. For most of us the push jerk will be the limiting factor in determining the weight. However we want to challenge you and try to do the dead lifts & hang power clean unbroken whilst you break up the Push Jerks in sets perhaps 5 x 1.
