Fat-Loss Program @ ChalkBox
We are starting a fat-loss program for everyone who needs to lose a stone or more in body weight. We will be working on your fitness, strength and give you tips on nutrition. We are not waiting for NEW YEARS Resolutions, we are starting NOW!
What will this include?
- you will be working out with a group of people who have the same goal; losing at least a stone in body weight
- you will be working out 2-3 times a week
- you will be following a ‘life style diet’ which will help you feel more energetic and lose weight
- all our session are coached by professional coaches in small groups and our priority is that you succeed!
Why should you do this?
Too often people who need to lose a certain amount of body fat are hesitating going to the gym for different reasons. In our specialised Fat-Loss program you don’t have to feel ‘the odd one out’ and you will be working with like minded people. Together we will work towards your goals.
What is expected of you?
- you will need to workout at least 3 times a week.
- you need to follow a life-style diet which will help you to feel more energetic and loose body fat. This diet is very simple and easy to follow. We will not be working on a calorie deficit so you won’t be feeling hungry.
What can you expect?
- you wil learn how to eat healthy in a fun way
- you will feel more energetic whether it is running after your children or working long hours in the office.

- you will loose body-fat and gain muscle mass

How long will this take?
You should be following this program for at least 4-6 months to get the best long-lasting results
