Private coaching is an amazingly efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals.
Our highly qualified coaches will take you through a free consultation where we will discuss your exercise history, current health and goals. With this information we will write you a detailed training plan tailored to your needs. This will be in combination with group sessions and/or home work, depending on your situation.
As well as your training package your personal trainer will also guide you towards Nutrition changes relevant to your goals.
The workouts are a mixture of Weight training, Body weight exercises, Aerobic training (running, skipping, rowing) and Flexibility training. The type and volume of the training will depend on your current level and goals. All our coaches have one priority; help you achieve your goals.
