Friday June 9th we start CrossFit Gymnastics with the Kids

Our CrossFit Kids classes are about teaching our children good movement. Childhood is an ideal window of opportunity to influence proper motor and movement skills.

We run our  CrossFit Kids classes every Friday 5pm-6pm. In the previous term our focus was on teaching the children olympic lifts with plastic pvc pipes and working on their cardiovascular system. Every term we run a different scheme. In the last term of this school year we will be focussing on Gymnastics.

CrossFit Gymnastics builds strength, mobility and coordination. The children will be doing squats, playing on the rings, learn to balance on one leg and squatting on one leg, Handstands, Pull ups and much more. All will be done in a fun way.

All our Kids sessions are scalable to every child's individual level and our focus is to pair fitness and fun.
