Start your Monday with a BootCamp
We are starting BootCamp sessions at ChalkBox.
Our BootCamp sessions are a great way to get back into Fitness and built on your stamina. We will be working in- and outdoors depending on weather and exercises.
Our BootCamp sessions are open to anyone who likes to get fit no matter what level you are at. You don't have to be a ChalkBox member you can book in for single sessions as well.
What can you expect?
Our BootCamp sessions are 1 hour long and will include 10min Warm up, 45min Strength and Conditioning and 5 min Cool Down. We will be working with 3 different levels: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
What to bring?
Wear convertible sports cloths and clean shoes. Bring an extra layer of cloths and outdoor shoes in case we will use our field. Bring a drink.
We start on Monday January 8th 10am
Single sessions £10,-, a 10 session Pack £85,- and 4 weekly rolling membership £30,-
Our classes are limited to 12 people max so make sure you book your space.
