Kick start 2017 with a leaner body!

We still have some spaces left in our Fat-loss program.

We are offering a Fat-loss program to people who need to lose at least 1 stone in body weight. You don't need to be fit and can start at any level.

You will be working in a small group (max 8) where you will be working together to get fitter, stronger, leaner and above all healthier. We will be doing gentle workouts and give you nutrition tips. To get the best results you need to workout at least twice a week, all our fat-loss program sessions are at noon.
