Tonight's post WOD meal, fresh scallops, green salad of rocket & spinach, slice of Rye bread.

If you live near Borough Green, every Tuesday from about 7am to 10:30am in the village car park (library) there's a fish stall selling locally caught fish from Hastings, hence my fresh scallops :)

Have also bought some crab meat which as it turns out is high in carbs, going to try making some crab cakes with sweet potato, will post a photo tomorrow.
