Station 2: Bottom up KB Carry - 1 length each arm

Station 3: Pistols 8 each side

Station 4: Side plank 45sec each side

B) Team WOD:

5min of : 6 Junk Yard Dogsin turns

5min of: 10 KB swings & 10 Goblet Squats each
