Not Your Regular Walk-in Gym

We don’t do machines. Our strength & conditioning program is unlike any other gym, boot camp or fitness program you have tried. You will be doing high intensity workouts, Olympic weight lifting and gymnastics. Whether you are looking to feel more energetic, healthier, stronger or change your body image, CrossFit is the program to do it all.

Below you will find a selection of most commonly used movements in our workouts. Don't worry if you are not fit or cannot do some of the movements. Every movement can be adapted to your abilities. We got a diverse group of members. The youngest is 7 years and the oldest 61 years old!

In the pyramid Glassman created, nutrition is the foundation, with met-cons, gymnastics, weightlifting and throwing, and sport following.
